I didn't get to work on the Hogwarts castle I built for a long time, mainly because, little by little, the Blender file became large and heavy. Although Blender has evolved and upgraded this year, I still haven't had much time to keep working on it and maximize the castle in the last six months.
But - this week, I got to go back to the project and take it a few more steps further: From now on, the mountains and lands on which the castle sits are 3D scans of real-life stones and rocks and cliffs and mountains, which contributes and strengthens the sense of realism, especially in the small details 😊
I hope to continue with this soon! ⛰️
The wonderfull scans are from the absolute wonderfull library of @quixelofficial ⛰️
And off course - all the vegetations are by the amazing crew of @polygoniq.xyz with the Botaniq addon to Blender 🌳
